On September 2, the well-known whistleblower Digital Chat Station published an article revealing the latest news about OPPO ColorOS 15.
According to the information on the ColorOS official website, ColorOS is the operating system for OPPO (including OnePlus) smart terminals. As a human-centered intelligent cross-terminal system, it is committed to bringing users the ultimate experience of smoothness, security, intelligence and efficiency. Currently, it supports 68 languages around the world, covering more than 60 countries and regions, serving more than 600 million global users, with more than 320,000 global cooperative developers, and more than 3,075 global patent applications in the field of AI.
Regarding ColorOS 15, Digital Chat Station said: “The new system is now twice as smooth as before, with various detailed dynamic effects added. New features include depth of field wallpaper, custom lock screen widgets, a new lock screen wallpaper with one shot, a centered smart island, and support for deep interaction with large AI models.”
Earlier, it was reported that OPPO’s ColorOS 15 system plans to start beta testing at the end of August, and the first batch of models participating in the beta test include OnePlus 12 and OPPO Find X7 series. The number of places for this pioneer beta test is very limited, and large-scale public testing and official push are expected to wait until the end of this year.
It is worth mentioning that OPPO is preparing the OPPO Find X8 series, which is expected to be released in October this year. The first batch will be equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor.
