Recently, many news showed that vivo is about to launch a new X200 series flagship phone, which is expected to be released in early October. It is reported that the vivo X200 will be equipped with a 6.3-inch LTPO OLED screen with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It is worth noting that the screen adopts a four-sided symmetrical ultra-narrow frame design, which is much better than the previous X100 series in terms of frame control. The screen uses a centered hole, and the hole size is also smaller than the previous generation. The overall front appearance has finally returned to the mainstream level. In addition, it is rumored that the model will also be equipped with optical under-screen fingerprint recognition technology to further enhance the user’s unlocking experience.

In other aspects, the vivo X200 series (excluding the Ultra version next year) is expected to be equipped with the soon-to-be-released MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chip, providing users with powerful performance and excellent energy efficiency. In terms of the imaging system, the vivo X200 is rumored to use a triple-camera combination, including a 50-megapixel main camera using a customized Sony sensor; a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens that supports 3x optical zoom; and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens to meet users’ shooting needs in different scenarios.

In terms of battery life, the upcoming vivo X200 will be equipped with a larger battery than its predecessor, with a battery capacity expected to be between 5500-5600 mAh. Although the battery capacity has increased, this also means an adjustment in charging speed. It is reported that the fast charging power of the vivo X200 may be reduced from 120W in the X100 series to 90W to balance the charging heating problem caused by the increase in battery capacity.
