It is reported that the Samsung W25 will be equipped with a main camera with up to 200 million pixels. It is also predicted that the main camera may adopt the same technical specifications as the S24 Ultra.
In addition, another highlight of W25 is that it will adopt innovative UFG glass technology. As an upgraded version of ultra-thin flexible glass (UTG), it achieves a thinner thickness design at the folding seams and increases the thickness in the rest of the parts. Combined with enhanced chemical treatment, it significantly improves the scratch resistance and durability of the mobile phone and effectively reduces the crease problem.
In terms of design, according to the previous revelation of “i冰宇宙”, the W25 has achieved further optimization in body thickness compared to the Z Fold6. Although it is only 1.5mm to 10.6mm thinner than the standard version in the folded state, its thickness is reduced to 4.9mm in the unfolded state, which is 0.7mm thinner than the previous generation, and is lighter and thinner overall. However, it is worth noting that the W25 will continue to support the S Pen stylus function. At the same time, it is reported that its body material is expected to use titanium metal, which further enhances the texture and grade of the phone.
At present, Samsung has started testing the One UI system for the W25 folding screen and has completed two internal tests with version numbers W9025ZCU0AXG7 and W9025CHC0AXG7 respectively.
