Samsung Galaxy A16 renderings exposed: clean and exquisite, expected to be launched at the end of the year

Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy A16 by the end of this year. According to a new report from Android Headlines, they have published renders of the Galaxy A16 5G, showing the device from all angles.

Judging from the renderings, the Galaxy A16 looks similar to the Galaxy A15, continuing the same design language, including the Infinity-U notch on the display, rounded corners, flat sides, and a smooth, texture-free back panel. The only difference is that the new device uses a new blue-green color.

While this isn’t a bad thing, we’d still like Samsung to replace the notch with a hole-punch screen and further reduce the bezels. Even so, the overall appearance of the Galaxy A16 looks cleaner, more symmetrical, and more refined than most budget smartphones on the market.

According to multiple leaks, the Galaxy A16 will be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 6300+ chipset and run Android 14. One of the memory configurations will offer 4GB of RAM. The rear triple-camera combination includes a 50MP main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP camera. A 13MP selfie camera will be placed in the Infinity-U notch. In addition, the phone will be equipped with a 5000mAh battery.
