CNMO noted that according to multiple sources, the iPhone SE 4 will begin mass production after the Mid-Autumn Festival. Its size is similar to that of the iPhone 16, but its price is more attractive than that of the iPhone 16. It is expected to be released in the first half of 2025.
The iPhone 16 is equipped with a 6.1-inch display screen with a screen refresh rate of 60Hz, an A18 bionic chip, support for Apple Interlligence, a rear 48-megapixel main camera and a 12-megapixel secondary camera, support for 2x zoom, support for Wi-Fi 7, battery life supports 22 hours of continuous video playback, is equipped with a USB 2.0 interface, and provides 128GB, 256GB and 512GB storage. The starting price is 5,999 yuan/799 US dollars.
According to leaks, the iPhone SE 4 may be equipped with Apple’s A16 chip and Qualcomm Snapdragon X70 baseband, a 6.1-inch OLED screen, a screen refresh rate of 60Hz, a rear single-camera system, a Sony IMX503 camera sensor, a sensor size of 1/2.55 inches, 6GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of body storage, a built-in 3279mAh capacity battery, support for 20W wired charging and 12W wireless charging, and use a USB-C interface.
In terms of price, it is expected that the starting price of iPhone SE 4 will increase by 10% to around US$470, which is US$330 (about RMB 2,350) lower than the iPhone 16.
