Netizens speculated that some people thought it might be named “Snapdragon 9000”, “Snapdragon 8888” and other symbolic names.

On September 11, @数码闲聊站 released the running score data of OnePlus 13 on the GeekBench 6 platform. The data showed that the single-core score of the machine was 3236 points and the multi-core score was 10049 points, which is much better than the Apple iPhone 16 equipped with the A18 bionic chip. In comparison, the A18 chip of the iPhone 16 scored 3114 points in single-core and 6666 points in multi-core on GeekBench 6.
