CNMO learned from Japanese media that the Xiaomi Mi 14T Pro SIM-free version has been discovered, and the chipset seems to be equipped with a downgraded version of the Dimensity 9300. According to previous news, the Xiaomi Mi 14T series is a revised version of the Redmi K70 Ultra and is expected to be launched globally in September.
Xiaomi Mi 13T
Japanese media reported that Xiaomi’s unreleased high-end model Xiaomi 14T Pro may launch a SIM-free model and a SoftBank version in Japan. Now, the Japanese SIM-free version of Xiaomi 14T Pro has been found on Geekbench. Combined with the information on the EE website, the phone with model number “2407FPN8ER” has been confirmed to be Xiaomi 14T Pro.
It is said that the Xiaomi 14T Pro is equipped with the Dimensity 9300 or Dimensity 9300+ chip, but the core speed of the exposed benchmark scores is somewhat puzzling.
The running score of Xiaomi 14T Pro global version has also been discovered before. Comparing it with this, it can be found that there is a difference in the main frequency. Specifically, the core main frequencies of the international version are 4×2.00GHz, 3×2.85GHz, and 1×3.40GHz, while the Japanese SIM-free version is 4×2.00GHz and 4×2.85GHz.
In comparison, the main frequency of the global version is consistent with the official specifications of the Dimensity 9300+ released by MediaTek. The official specifications of the Dimensity 9300 are 4×2.0GHz and 4×3.25GHz, which means that the chip installed in this Japanese SIM-free version of Xiaomi 14T Pro is lower than the regular Dimensity 9300, at least in terms of main frequency.
Japanese media speculated that the chip equipped in the SIM-free version of Xiaomi 14T Pro is likely to be downgraded compared to the global version.
