Huawei’s Trifold is thinner than a coin! Yu Chengdong said it is not an exaggeration to say it is the thinnest in the world

On the afternoon of September 10, at the Huawei Meet Extraordinary Brand Ceremony and Hongmeng Intelligent Driving New Product Launch Conference, Huawei officially launched the Mate XT Extraordinary Master. Huawei Executive Director and Chairman of the Terminal BG Yu Chengdong said at the launch conference that this is the world’s first three-fold mobile phone. He said that the screen size of this phone after unfolding is 10.2 inches, which is equivalent to putting a tablet in your pocket; and the thickness after unfolding is only 3.6 mm, making it the world’s thinnest folding screen mobile phone.

So, how thin is 3.6mm? In order to give everyone an intuitive feeling, CNMO conducted a comparative experiment: unfolding the Mate XT and comparing its thickness with a coin. The result showed that the thinnest part of this phone is not much thicker than a coin, and the thinness has reached an extremely exaggerated level, and the craftsmanship has almost reached the extreme.
