According to the mobile phone activation share data of the Chinese mobile phone market released by digital bloggers, the activation share of iQOO mobile phones has exceeded 5% for 15 consecutive weeks, and has achieved a significant increase compared with last year.

As shown in the figure, from the trend of activation volume share, iQOO’s share was basically maintained below 4% earlier this year, but around the 18th week, the brand’s share suddenly soared to more than 5%. Although it fluctuated afterwards, it stabilized at a level above 5%, and the highest even exceeded 6%, which is a rare achievement for a sub-brand.

Comparing with last year’s share data, we can see that 5.5% is the highest level of iQOO mobile phones. However, this year’s activation volume share has basically exceeded the level of the same period last year. Judging from recent data, a substantial increase in share has indeed been achieved. At the iQOO Neo9S Pro+ launch conference on July 11 this year, vivo executives revealed the sales data of iQOO mobile phones. According to reports, in the first half of 2024, the overall sales of the iQOO brand increased by 40% across all channels compared with the same period last year, and online sales increased by 50%. Judging from the range of 40% and 50%, the use of “increase” here seems a bit modest.

In the coming October, the new generation digital flagship iQOO 13 is expected to compete with other Android flagships. The phone will most likely be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen4 flagship mobile platform and upgraded in terms of screen, performance, and imaging.
