On September 13, CNMO noticed that a well-known whistleblower Digital Chat Station hinted that a flagship high-performance thin and light straight-screen phone with a battery capacity of about 6500mAh is in preparation. The whistleblower did not reveal the brand of the relevant model, but the outside world generally speculated that it might be iQOO or Xiaomi.
It is understood that all mobile phone manufacturers are trying their best to increase the battery capacity of the next generation of models. Small-screen models with a screen size of about 6.3 inches, such as Xiaomi 15 and vivo X200, will generally be equipped with batteries of about 5500mAh, while large-screen flagship models such as Xiaomi 15 Pro, vivo X200 Pro, OPPO Find X8 Pro, etc. will begin to be equipped with super-large 6000mAh batteries as standard.
In addition, OPPO and OnePlus have begun to fully implement 6500mAh capacity batteries in their mid-range and mid-to-high-end product lines. It is expected that some models of the OPPO A series, OPPO Reno series, and OnePlus Ace series will be equipped with them. OPPO and OnePlus’ 7000mAh batteries have also entered the next stage and may be implemented in the future.
According to CNMO, from mid-October to November, at least ten domestic mobile phone brands will update their flagships. Specific models include: vivo X200 series, OPPO Find X8 series, Xiaomi 15 series, OnePlus 13, iQOO 13 series, Nubia Z70 Ultra, Honor Magic 7 series and Huawei Mate 70 series, etc.
